Digital Marketing for Nashville Law Firms & Service Businesses
We build marketing systems for Nashville service businesses and law firms doing $500,000 to $10 million a year. HVAC, plumbing, roofing, restoration, personal injury, family law, med spas, dental. Retainers run $1,500 to $6,500 a month — published, not revealed on a second call — and we take no percentage of your ad spend.
Founded and run by Jared DeValk, who has spent nine-plus years doing this for national brands and local companies alike.

Most engagements start with a $2,500 Growth Roadmap, credited in full toward your first 90 days. Most clients spend $25,000 to $120,000 a year all in, fees plus media.
Why don't you take a cut of ad spend?
Most agencies charge 10–20% of your media budget. We charge nothing.
That model pays an agency more when you spend more — not when your spend works better. If we can get you the same number of jobs on half the budget, we'd like to be able to recommend that without taking a pay cut for it.
Your media goes straight from you to Google, Meta or Microsoft, on accounts you own. If we part ways, you keep the accounts, the history and the data.
Does it work?
We measure marketing-sourced leads and revenue. Not rankings, not impressions, not engagement — those can all improve while your phone stays quiet.
How do we start?
- A 30-minute conversation. Free. We ask about your numbers and tell you what we'd do. No deck.
- The Growth Roadmap. $2,500, two to three weeks. Research, channel plan, budget model, 12-month roadmap. Yours whether you continue or not.
- A retainer, if it fits. Six-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Roughly half the businesses that read our pricing page decide we're not a fit. That page is doing its job.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Nashville?
Most charge $1,500 to $8,000 a month for small and midsize service businesses, plus media spend. Our retainers run $1,500 to $6,500. Agencies charging under $1,000 a month are typically managing 30-plus accounts, which means very little attention lands on yours.
What size businesses do you work with?
Service businesses and law firms doing roughly $500,000 to $10 million a year. Below that, our free DIY playbook will serve you better. Above about $25 million across multiple markets, you need a bigger team than ours.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No — zero commission at any level. Our fee is flat and priced by scope, so we have no reason to recommend a bigger budget than the one that works.
How long before I see results?
Paid channels produce leads within 30 days. SEO and content show early movement at months 2 to 5 and compound around months 8 to 9. That's why our minimum term is six months.
Do I own my accounts?
Yes, always. Google Ads, Meta, your CRM, your website, your content. If we stop working together you keep everything.
Who will actually work on my account?
Jared DeValk leads strategy and stays your point of contact. Specialist execution runs through a small bench of long-term contractors. You won't be handed to an account manager you've never met.
Do you work with competitors?
No. We won't take two clients in the same service category and geography.
What if I want to do this myself?
Good. Our guides are free and written for business owners rather than marketers.
